The staff was friendly and helpful. From the entrance to the front desk to the restaurant and housekeeping, i felt cared for. the breakfast buffet included an a la carte option, which i particularly enjoyed! it added a touch of elegance and personalization to my morning.
Lighting was too low in the room. the tv seemed a bit outdated. It would have been nice to have a smart tv at least.

The location is superb. It is very close to the siam centre, mbk center, and silom line underground station. accessibility is so convenient for exploring various parts of the area.

the location is excellent, close to siam paragon and mbk shopping mall. a family style massage place is right across from the hotel. i also found a restaurant offering great thai food at a reasonable price next door.
The air conditioning system is old. It has erratic temperatures.

the staff were super courteous. the room was spacious and modern. i really liked the coffee machine in lobby, it was convenient and it was nice to sit in the lobby area.
